Office Secretary / Admin Assistant

We are seeking a Philipino Lady well-organized and experienced Office Secretary / Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing general office administration, filing, and document control

* Handling phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence

* Preparing letters, reports, and official documents

* Scheduling meetings and managing executive calendar

* Managing petty cash and processing approved company payments (DEWA, office expenses, Salik, etc.)

* Arranging salary payments via WPS system

* Coordinating with external service providers for office cleaning (weekly service schedule)

* Tracking and monitoring all company renewals (trade license, vehicle registrations, insurance policies, etc.) and ensuring timely follow-up

* Renewing company domains, hosting, and related digital subscriptions

* Coordinating company driver schedules and daily logistics

* Supporting front desk reception duties by welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional manner

* Providing general administrative support to management as required

Requirements:

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is mandatory

* Previous experience in administrative or secretary roles

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Good communication skills in English

* Professional attitude, responsibility, and trustworthiness

Full time

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 16:30

Friday and Saturday from 8:30 to 12:30
