Female Administrative Assistant/Office in Charge

*Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

*Excellent skills with computers (knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Photoshop)

*Organized and keen to details

*Can multitask

*Can establish good working relationship with clients

*Resourceful

*Can work independently and with less supervision

*Knowledge in Accounting is added advantage

*IMMEDIATE JOINING

*Attend to meetings/customers and oppurtunity to travel around

Responsibilities include:

*Managing the office operations such as attending to phone calls, document filing, etc

*Managing the company's social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Facebook for Marketing

*Support the team in providing documents needed

*Primary source of contact for customers as well as teammates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
