B2B Sales Development :Identify and approach potential B2B clients within the vicinity of each outlet such as schools, universities, offices, corporate offices, government entities, travel agencies, etc.Develop partnerships to generate consistent sales (e.g., bulk orders, staff offers, catering, meal plans, vouchers, etc.).Negotiate and implement deals and offers that benefit both parties and ensure successful agreement closure (e.g., discount programs, meal plans, corporate packages).Regularly visit areas to expand the client base and maintain partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration and revenue growth.Outlet Sales Support &amp; Coordination:Work closely with Operations to identify sales gaps, challenges, and opportunities in each location.Prioritize support for underperforming outlets by driving targeted B2B initiatives and partnerships.Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure smooth execution of B2B orders, promotions and partnerships.Local Store Marketing &amp; Targeted Campaigns:Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to plan, develop, and execute location-specific sales campaigns tailored to specific outlets or regions to drive sales performance (e.g., corporate lunch offers, student offers, seasonal promotions, etc.)Assist in launching promotions, corporate offers, and seasonal campaigns.Analyze and monitor competitor activities within each outlet&rsquo;s area and recommend counter strategies.Ensure campaigns are practical and aligned with operational capabilities.Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking:Maintain and continuously update a database of B2B clients, prospects, and active partnerships.Track performance of all B2B sales and marketing initiatives against defined targets.Provide regular reports on activities, results, challenges and opportunities for growth.موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager (F&amp;B) to lead the training and development function across our casual dining restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant training systems, service standards, operational excellence, and team development within a fast-paced casual dining restaurant environment.This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs for restaurant staff, supervisors, chefs, and management teams to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive training programs for FOH and BOH teams.</li><li>Design structured onboarding programs for new hires (induction, orientation, service culture training).</li><li>Steps of Service (Casual Dining Setup)</li><li>Guest Experience &amp; Service Excellence</li><li>Food Safety &amp; Hygiene Standards</li><li>Product Knowledge &amp; Menu Engineering</li><li>SOP compliance and operational standards</li><li>Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for Area Manager, Restaurant Managers and Supervisors.</li><li>Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, mystery guest feedback, and performance metrics.</li><li>Coordinate with Operations and HR departments for manpower planning and competency development.</li><li>Develop training manuals, SOP handbooks, and learning materials.</li><li>Lead pre-opening training programs for new restaurant launches.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety standards aligned with local municipality regulations in Oman.</li><li>Monitor and improve KPIs related to staff productivity, guest satisfaction, and service consistency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Professional certification in Training &amp; Development (preferred).</li><li>Food Safety Certification.</li><li>Strong knowledge of casual dining restaurant operations.</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management tools.</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in F&amp;B operations, with at least 3 years in a Training Manager or similar role.</li><li>Proven experience in casual dining restaurant chains.</li><li>Strong background in developing SOPs, service standards, and structured training systems.</li><li>Experience handling multi-unit restaurant operations is preferred.</li><li>Experience in GCC region is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Leadership &amp; Team Development</li><li>Operational Excellence</li><li>Performance Coaching</li><li>Service Culture Development</li><li>Strong Organizational &amp; Analytical Skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple outlets and training schedules</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٠٠٠٫٠٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهرالخبرة:<ul><li>F&amp;B Training Manager: 5 سنوات (مطلوب)</li></ul>موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
