Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Insurance Administrator to support the daily insurance operations within our automotive aftersales department. The ideal candidate will assist with insurance claim documentation, coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure accurate record management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in processing motor insurance claims from initiation to completion.</li><li>Prepare, verify, and maintain insurance-related documents.</li><li>Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and internal departments.</li><li>Follow up on claim approvals, pending documents, and claim settlements.</li><li>Update claim status in the system and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Ensure all insurance files are complete and compliant with company procedures.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance claim status.</li><li>Support the team with administrative tasks and report preparation.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of customer and insurance information.</li><li>Take clear photographs of damaged vehicles, replaced parts, and repaired vehicles for insurance documentation.</li><li>Capture and maintain photographic evidence of all spare parts replaced under insurance claims.</li><li>Upload and organize photographs in the company system and insurance portals.</li><li>Label and document replaced and scrap parts accurately.</li><li>Monitor and control scrap parts removed from vehicles during repairs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of administrative experience, preferably in automotive insurance or claims.</li><li>Basic knowledge of motor insurance claim procedures is an advantage.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How long in Qatar?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Junior Insurance Coordinator (Automotive)

We are looking for an IT Support who can :<ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and Microsoft Office-related issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.</li><li>Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.</li><li>Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and network security devices.</li><li>Install Ruijee network switches, routers, access points, and internet connectivity.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file servers.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and monitoring solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity and recording issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and support Yealink IP phones. Provide technical support for call center operations and telephony infrastructure.</li><li>Support PBX systems, SIP trunks, IVR configuration, and call routing.</li><li>Maintain IT asset inventory and asset tracking records. Maintain IT racks, patch panels, cable management, and labeling standards.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of rack layouts and connectivity.</li><li>Provide support for CRM, DMS, booking systems, ticketing systems, and business applications.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration.</li><li>Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls, CCTV, and IP Telephony.</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.</li><li>Experience supporting multi-site environments is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications<ul><li>Microsoft Certified (M365 / Windows Server MCSA)</li><li>Fortinet NSE Certification</li><li>CCNA</li><li>ITIL Foundation</li><li>CompTIA Network+ or Security+</li></ul>Soft Skills: &middot; Language: Fluent in English required.
