We are looking for an IT Support who can :<ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and Microsoft Office-related issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.</li><li>Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.</li><li>Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and network security devices.</li><li>Install Ruijee network switches, routers, access points, and internet connectivity.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file servers.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and monitoring solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity and recording issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and support Yealink IP phones. Provide technical support for call center operations and telephony infrastructure.</li><li>Support PBX systems, SIP trunks, IVR configuration, and call routing.</li><li>Maintain IT asset inventory and asset tracking records. Maintain IT racks, patch panels, cable management, and labeling standards.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of rack layouts and connectivity.</li><li>Provide support for CRM, DMS, booking systems, ticketing systems, and business applications.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration.</li><li>Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls, CCTV, and IP Telephony.</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.</li><li>Experience supporting multi-site environments is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications<ul><li>Microsoft Certified (M365 / Windows Server MCSA)</li><li>Fortinet NSE Certification</li><li>CCNA</li><li>ITIL Foundation</li><li>CompTIA Network+ or Security+</li></ul>Soft Skills: &middot; Language: Fluent in English required.
