We are looking for an IT Support who can :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and Microsoft Office-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and network security devices.
  • Install Ruijee network switches, routers, access points, and internet connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file servers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and monitoring solutions.
  • Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity and recording issues.
  • Install, configure, and support Yealink IP phones. Provide technical support for call center operations and telephony infrastructure.
  • Support PBX systems, SIP trunks, IVR configuration, and call routing.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and asset tracking records. Maintain IT racks, patch panels, cable management, and labeling standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation of rack layouts and connectivity.
  • Provide support for CRM, DMS, booking systems, ticketing systems, and business applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls, CCTV, and IP Telephony.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience supporting multi-site environments is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified (M365 / Windows Server MCSA)
  • Fortinet NSE Certification
  • CCNA
  • ITIL Foundation
  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+

Soft Skills:

· Language: Fluent in English required. Arabic is an advantage.

· Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users and prioritize tasks under pressure.

· Employment Type: Full time.

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
