SKILLED Carpenter /Gypsum Worker/Painter /Tiles Worker

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring civil construction works.</li><li>Perform technical tasks such as measurements, leveling, and site inspections.</li><li>Support in preparing and checking drawings, layouts, and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth site progress.</li><li>Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship as per project standards.</li><li>Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.</li><li>Prepare daily reports, documentation, and update progress records.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting site issues and provide technical support.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in civil construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of site execution, surveying tools, and construction materials.</li><li>Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Site supervision</li><li>Technical measurements &amp; surveying</li><li>Basic AutoCAD knowledge (optional)</li><li>Problem-solving</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>

SKILLED Civil Helper-For Construction Site

JD -CSR- Business CenterThe CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. He/she will report directly to the Center Manager.Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls</li><li>Generate sales leads</li><li>Identify and assess customers&rsquo; needs to achieve satisfaction</li><li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication</li><li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools</li><li>Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas</li><li>Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution</li><li>Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents</li><li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies</li><li>Take the extra mile to engage customers</li><li>Managing a team of junior customer service representatives if any.</li></ul>Customer Service Representative Requirements:<ul><li>General Business education degree, or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.</li><li>Computers proficient.</li><li>Experience working with customer support/hospitality sectors.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Proven sales track record.</li><li>Self driven-Trustworthy-Ambitious</li><li>Ability to deal with different nationalities and strong verbal and written English</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to BD500.000 per monthWork Location: In person
