Experienced Gardener / Landscaper

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Gardener / Landscaper to maintain and enhance outdoor areas, gardens, lawns, and landscaped spaces. The ideal candidate should have experience in gardening, plant care, irrigation systems, and general landscape maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, shrubs, and trees.
• Perform planting, pruning, trimming, watering, and fertilizing activities.
• Mow lawns and maintain grass areas to a high standard.
• Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and weeds.
• Operate and maintain gardening and landscaping equipment safely.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems.
• Ensure outdoor areas remain clean, attractive, and well-maintained.
• Assist in landscape installation and improvement projects.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and gardening tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or facility management environments.
• Knowledge of seasonal planting and landscape design principles.

Pay: Up to QAR1,400.00 per hour
