Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview

An established facilities management company is looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor to oversee landscape maintenance operations across commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise landscaping technicians and gardeners.
• Plan daily maintenance activities.
• Inspect irrigation systems, lawns, trees and planting areas.
• Monitor pest, weed and plant health issues.
• Ensure proper use of landscaping equipment.
• Maintain quality standards across all landscaped areas.
• Coordinate material and equipment requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' landscaping maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of irrigation systems.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple teams.

Preferred

• Horticulture or Landscaping qualification.
• Qatar Driving Licence.
• Relevant safety certification.
