Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination &amp; Execution<ul><li>Coordinate daily project activities between site, factory, procurement, and management.</li><li>Assist Project Engineer in planning and monitoring project schedules.</li><li>Follow up on daily site progress and update project daily logs.</li><li>Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved schedules.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Maintain and update daily project log register.</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Material Tracking<ul><li>Coordinate with procurement for material ordering and delivery tracking.</li><li>Monitor supplier quotations, approvals, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Follow up on fabrication status with factory/vendors.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Act as a communication bridge between clients, consultants, site teams, and internal departments.</li><li>Monitor and relay important emails from management and sales teams to concerned project staff.</li><li>Ensure all client instructions and approvals are properly communicated and recorded.</li></ul>Site &amp; Manpower Coordination<ul><li>Confirm daily site attendance and site access readiness of teams.</li><li>Coordinate site access passes with HR and administration.</li><li>Assist in manpower planning and daily deployment.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Quality Support<ul><li>Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.</li><li>Assist in snag clearance tracking and project close-out documentation.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years experience in glass, aluminum, or interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Good understanding of project schedules, site coordination, and documentation.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.</li><li>Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Track Material Request Forms (MRFs) received from project teams.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of site-related documents and reports.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month

Project Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts including general ledger, journals, and ledgers.</li><li>Record daily financial transactions such as receipts, payments, and journal entries.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.</li></ul>2. Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable<ul><li>Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, and prepare payment schedules.</li><li>Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.</li><li>Maintain ageing reports for payables and receivables.</li></ul>3. Bank &amp; Cash Management<ul><li>Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations.</li><li>Manage petty cash and prepare petty cash reconciliation.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and report shortfalls or excesses to management.</li></ul>4. Payroll &amp; Expense Control<ul><li>Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, overtime, and deductions.</li><li>Verify employee expense claims and reimbursements.</li><li>Ensure proper accounting of salaries, overtime, and allowances.</li></ul>5. Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial statements, trial balance, and management reports.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.</li><li>Provide financial data and analysis to management when required.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Audit<ul><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.</li><li>Maintain records for VAT filings, tax returns, and regulatory submissions (if applicable).</li></ul>7. Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Coordinate with procurement, operations, HR, and sales departments for financial matters.</li><li>Support project cost tracking and job costing.</li><li>Assist management with financial planning and decision-making.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant accounting experience (construction / fit-out / glass industry preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Experience in UAE accounting practices is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Position OverviewThe Project Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end execution of glass projects, including planning, site coordination, technical control, material management, and timely completion of projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Take full responsibility for assigned projects from handover to completion.</li><li>Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, and manpower deployment plans.</li><li>Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth and timely progress.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.</li></ul>2. Site Coordination &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Conduct site visits, measurements, and technical assessments.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors for site activities.</li><li>Provide clear instructions to site supervisors, team leaders, and technicians.</li><li>Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, and safety compliance on site.</li></ul>3. Technical &amp; Documentation Control<ul><li>Review architectural and shop drawings related to glass partitions, doors, and fittings.</li><li>Coordinate preparation and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, and samples.</li><li>Prepare and submit Material Request Forms (MRF) based on site requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.</li></ul>4. Material &amp; Procurement Coordination<ul><li>Forecast material requirements and submit MRFs on time.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement for material ordering, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure materials delivered to site match approved specifications and quantities.</li><li>Avoid site delays due to material shortages or incorrect deliveries.</li></ul>5. Quality Control &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure installation quality meets company standards and client expectations.</li><li>Conduct inspections during and after installation works.</li><li>Identify snags, coordinate rectification, and ensure timely closure.</li><li>Enforce safety rules, PPE usage, and safe work practices on site.</li></ul>6. Reporting &amp; Communication<ul><li>Submit daily and weekly site progress reports to Operations Manager.</li><li>Report issues, delays, and risks with proposed corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain proper project records including drawings, approvals, reports, and correspondence.</li></ul>7. Project Completion &amp; Handover<ul><li>Coordinate final inspections with clients/consultants.</li><li>Ensure all snags are cleared before handover.</li><li>Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and handover documents.</li><li>Support accounts team for project close-out and payment follow-ups if required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;6 years of experience in glass partitions, glass doors, aluminum &amp; glass works, or interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of glass systems, fittings, profiles, and installation methods.</li><li>Experience in UAE projects preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
