We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to optimize our online content, boost search rankings, and drive organic traffic growth.Job Description: The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings to generate quality leads. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a passion for staying current with industry trends and algorithm updates.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases with high search potential.</li><li>Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and URLs, for SEO.</li><li>Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact site performance.</li><li>Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest).</li><li>Create and manage a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, collaborating with company requirements to produce optimized content.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through outreach, partnerships, and other link-building strategies.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.</li><li>Prepare and deliver regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital platforms.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate holder in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.</li><li>Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.</li><li>Experience with keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical team members.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with local SEO and optimizing for specific geographic regions.</li><li>Knowledge of PPC advertising and how it integrates with SEO.</li><li>Familiarity with website analytics and data visualization tools.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
