Job Description: The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings to generate quality leads. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a passion for staying current with industry trends and algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases with high search potential.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and URLs, for SEO.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact site performance.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest).
• Create and manage a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, collaborating with company requirements to produce optimized content.
• Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through outreach, partnerships, and other link-building strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate holder in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Experience with keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO techniques.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with local SEO and optimizing for specific geographic regions.
• Knowledge of PPC advertising and how it integrates with SEO.
• Familiarity with website analytics and data visualization tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
