This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.Duties<ul><li>Develop comprehensive growth strategies by analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for expansion.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and content audits to refine content strategies that attract and convert target audiences.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling copywriting, blog posts, graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and other design tools.</li><li>Analyze website performance through Google Analytics, SQL queries, and marketing automation tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.</li><li>Support email marketing campaigns through segmentation, automation workflows, and performance analysis to nurture leads effectively.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles combined with hands-on experience in conversion optimization techniques preferred.</li><li>Ability to learn social media management platforms including Facebook Business Manager and other social media advertising tools.</li><li>Ability to analyze data from analytics tools to derive actionable insights that inform growth strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, performance marketing, email marketing, B2B marketing, e-commerce strategies, and social media management.</li></ul>Join us as a Growth Consultant if you&rsquo;re passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to craft innovative digital strategies that elevate brands! This is a sales role where you will be cold calling businesses to provide them with our marketing and growth services. We sell AI tools, marketing packages, and do some web design. This is a great position for someone looking for something with plenty of growth and we'll give you the tools you need to be successful. There is no draw, no safety net, and you earn what you close. That said, our back office is phenomenal with a quick turn around time. What that means for you is that you don't have to be a nerd, we'll take care of that.
