Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Consultant to propel our digital marketing initiatives and accelerate business expansion. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SEO, content creation, social media marketing, and performance marketing to develop innovative strategies that increase online visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue. Your proactive approach and analytical mindset will be essential in identifying growth opportunities across various digital channels, ensuring our brand reaches its full potential in a competitive landscape. Duties

  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies by analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Conduct keyword research and content audits to refine content strategies that attract and convert target audiences.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling copywriting, blog posts, graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and other design tools.
  • Analyze website performance through Google Analytics, SQL queries, and marketing automation tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
  • Support email marketing campaigns through segmentation, automation workflows, and performance analysis to nurture leads effectively.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles combined with hands-on experience in conversion optimization techniques preferred.
  • Ability to learn social media management platforms including Facebook Business Manager and other social media advertising tools.
  • Ability to analyze data from analytics tools to derive actionable insights that inform growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, performance marketing, email marketing, B2B marketing, e-commerce strategies, and social media management.

With all that said, here is the meat and potatoes of the post. This is a sales role where you will be cold calling businesses to provide them with our marketing and growth services. We sell AI tools, marketing packages, and do some web design. This is a great position for someone looking for something with plenty of growth and we'll give you the tools you need to be successful. There is no draw, no safety net, and you earn what you close. That said, our back office is phenomenal with a quick turn around time. What that means for you is that you don't have to be a nerd, we'll take care of that. I need people who are good with people, particularly business owners. Skills:

-Be able to use a computer with a little proficiency.

-Be able to talk to business owners.

-Be able to legally drive (sure, you can try to close them over google meet but it is much harder)

-Be willing to spend a little time learning the product and its capabilities

-Bonus if you have some sales experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
