Job Title: Business Development Manager &ndash; KSA Market (IT Hardware)Work Location: Riyadh &ndash;KSAReporting to: Sales ManagerIndustry: IT Hardware / Technology SolutionsSummaryWe are looking for an experienced, Business Development Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) . The ideal candidate must have direct experience with the KSA market, strong client and partner relationship skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team. You will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, channel development, and effective remote engagement.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Market Development:<ul><li>Identify, target, and engage with enterprise clients, distributors, and resellers across KSA.</li><li>Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.</li><li>Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.</li></ul>Client &amp; Channel Engagement:<ul><li>Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in client organizations and channel partners in Saudi Arabia.</li></ul>Sales Operations &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, presales, technical support, finance) to ensure seamless deal execution.</li><li>Oversee pricing strategy, quotation generation, and contract negotiations tailored to KSA requirements.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting IT hardware in KSA.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Experience: Above 3 years in IT hardware sales; minimum 1&ndash;2 years specifically managing or selling into the KSA market.</li><li>Language: Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is preferable.</li><li>Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of KSA business culture, procurement processes, and IT hardware distribution networks.</li><li>Leadership: Proven experience building and managing successful sales teams.</li><li>Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with products such as servers, storage, networking gear, and peripherals.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;3,500.00 - &#65020;5,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
