Job Title: Sales Executive – KSA Market (IT Hardware)

Summary
We are looking for an experienced, Sales Executive to lead and grow our sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) . The ideal candidate must have direct experience with the KSA market, strong client and partner relationship skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team. You will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, channel development, and effective remote engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Development:
- Identify, target, and engage with enterprise clients, distributors, and resellers across KSA.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
Client & Channel Engagement:
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in client organizations and channel partners in Saudi Arabia.
Sales Operations & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, presales, technical support, finance) to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Oversee pricing strategy, quotation generation, and contract negotiations tailored to KSA requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting IT hardware in KSA.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Above 3 years in IT hardware sales; minimum 1–2 years specifically managing or selling into the KSA market.
- Language: Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of KSA business culture, procurement processes, and IT hardware distribution networks.
- Leadership: Proven experience building and managing successful sales teams.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with products such as servers, storage, networking gear, and peripherals.
