 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a&nbsp;
 
 detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager
 
 &nbsp;to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory movement, order fulfillment, and dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and coordination between the warehouse, supply chain, and customer support teams.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 Warehouse Operations
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate&nbsp;
 
 inventory management
 
 , stock counts, and SKU tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain&nbsp;
 
 FIFO
 
 &nbsp;and best warehousing practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate shift schedules
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 
 </li>
 
 Inventory &amp; Supply Chain Support
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the&nbsp;
 
 supply chain and procurement teams
 
 &nbsp;on inbound shipments and stock planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Track stock movement and highlight low stock, overstock, or slow-moving items
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in managing&nbsp;
 
 vendor deliveries
 
 , returns, and replacements
 </li>
 <li>
 Support shipment planning to reduce delays and operational bottlenecks
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records for goods received, dispatched, and returned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Order Fulfillment &amp; Dispatch
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and accurate order processing for e-commerce and retail channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for daily pickups and deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor dispatch timelines and resolve shipment-related issues
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Customer Support Coordination
 
 <ul>

 Work closely with the&nbsp;
 
 customer support team
 
 &nbsp;to resolve:

 <li>
 Order discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Missing or incorrect items
 </li>
 <li>
 Exchange and return requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure returned products are properly inspected, restocked, or flagged
 </li>
 <li>
 Help reduce customer complaints related to fulfilment and delivery
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Process Improvement
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Support implementation of warehouse systems, SOPs, and inventory tools
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a&nbsp;
 
 Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of&nbsp;inventory control and warehousing processes
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Working knowledge of&nbsp;supply chain coordination
 
 &nbsp;and logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience handling&nbsp;
 
 e-commerce order fulfillment
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic understanding of&nbsp;customer support workflows
 
 &nbsp;related to shipping and returns
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and order management tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
