Job Description
We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager
to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory movement, order fulfillment, and dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and coordination between the warehouse, supply chain, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations

Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Ensure accurate
inventory management
, stock counts, and SKU tracking

Implement and maintain
FIFO
and best warehousing practices

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse

Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate shift schedules
Inventory & Supply Chain Support

Coordinate with the
supply chain and procurement teams
on inbound shipments and stock planning
-
Track stock movement and highlight low stock, overstock, or slow-moving items
-
Assist in managing
vendor deliveries
, returns, and replacements

Support shipment planning to reduce delays and operational bottlenecks

Maintain records for goods received, dispatched, and returned
Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

Ensure timely and accurate order processing for e-commerce and retail channels
-
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for daily pickups and deliveries
-
Monitor dispatch timelines and resolve shipment-related issues
Customer Support Coordination

Work closely with the
customer support team
to resolve:

Order discrepancies

Missing or incorrect items

Exchange and return requests

Ensure returned products are properly inspected, restocked, or flagged
-
Help reduce customer complaints related to fulfilment and delivery
Reporting & Process Improvement

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Support implementation of warehouse systems, SOPs, and inventory tools
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a
Warehouse Manager or Supervisor

Strong understanding of inventory control and warehousing processes
-
Working knowledge of supply chain coordination
and logistics

Experience handling
e-commerce order fulfillment

Basic understanding of customer support workflows
related to shipping and returns

Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and order management tools

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / Added Experience

Experience in
fashion, apparel, or retail brands

Exposure to supply chain planning or procurement
