 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft various commercial contracts, including concession agreements, service contracts, partnership agreements, procurement terms, and construction-related documentation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and negotiate contracts,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor contractual obligations and support internal teams in contract implementation and compliance,
 </li>
 <li>
 Review all legally relevant documents and ensure their alignment with the company&rsquo;s interests,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work in coordination with all departments within the company,
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to legal inquiries and offer well-reasoned legal guidance and solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications.
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Law degree from a reputable university,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Law,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in English;&nbsp;French is an asset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible and capable of taking initiative when needed,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage time and resources efficiently,
 </li>
 <li>
 For male candidates, completion of or exemption from military service,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
 </li>
