Senior Corporate Legal Counsel

“We are looking for a “Senior Corporate Legal Counsel”  to be appointed to the Legal Department of our company Albayrak İnşaat , operating under the umbrella of Albayrak Group.

• Draft various commercial contracts, including concession agreements, service contracts, partnership agreements, procurement terms, and construction-related documentation,
• Review and negotiate contracts,
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle,
• Monitor contractual obligations and support internal teams in contract implementation and compliance,
• Review all legally relevant documents and ensure their alignment with the company’s interests,
• Work in coordination with all departments within the company,
• Respond to legal inquiries and offer well-reasoned legal guidance and solutions.

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications.

• Law degree from a reputable university,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Law,
• Advanced proficiency in English; French is an asset,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Responsible and capable of taking initiative when needed,
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently,
• For male candidates, completion of or exemption from military service,
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
