JOB DESCRIPTION:

Managing the litigation and enforcement proceedings in which the company is a party,
-
Reviewing and evaluating contracts from a legal perspective,
-
Carrying out, monitoring, and recording enforcement proceedings, lawsuits and documents received from other institutions/organizations,
-
Handling all incoming and outgoing legal correspondence and related procedures,
-
Reviewing reports received from external law firms to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information, making necessary revisions and adjustments,
-
Coordinating with attorneys regarding mandatory mediation appointments, arranging schedules and keeping detailed records of the process and outcomes,
-
Ensuring efficient coordination with external law firms,
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university,
-
At least 8 years of experience in law firms, & coperations,
-
Experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation,
-
Experience in litigation process,
-
Strong command of English,
-
Advanced problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills,

Strong communication skills with both the team and external stakeholders,
