This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while contributing to a team that values professionalism and fun.Responsibilities<ul><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery to guests</li><li>Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality</li><li>Expedite orders from the kitchen to ensure dishes are prepared correctly and served promptly</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and providing correct change</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations during serving, food handling, and food safety practices</li><li>Assist in setting up banquet events as needed, providing excellent catering or bar service in various settings</li><li>Engage with guests proactively to upsell menu items, enhancing sales opportunities while delivering a memorable dining experience</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments; banquet experience is a plus</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; ability to serve multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours</li><li>Experience with catering or beverage service including brewing or bartending is advantageous</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; previous hospitality or food industry experience is highly valued</li></ul>Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where great service meets exceptional cuisine!
