Our office is known for exceptional patient care, a positive team culture, and a modern, technology-forward approach to orthodontics.With two convenient locations, we are building a supportive, team-oriented environment where both patients and team members feel genuinely valued.We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures utilizing expanded functions</li><li>Take digital impressions, intraoral photos, and radiographs</li><li>Place and remove orthodontic appliances under doctor supervision</li><li>Deliver clear, confident patient education on oral hygiene and appliance care</li><li>Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols</li><li>Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and on-time clinical schedule</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) required</li><li>Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Positive, team-first attitude</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>New graduates with strong clinical skills and a great attitude are encouraged to apply.What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience)</li><li>4-day work week</li><li>Paid holidays and PTO</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Continuing education opportunities</li><li>Uniform allowance</li></ul>Why Join Us?We are a locally owned practice that values relationships, growth, and clinical excellence.
