We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures utilizing expanded functions
• Take digital impressions, intraoral photos, and radiographs
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances under doctor supervision
• Deliver clear, confident patient education on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and on-time clinical schedule

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) required
• Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
