DescriptionALBION SC MIAMIMiami, FL / RemotePart-Time (with growth potential)Start Date: January 5, 2026ALBION SC MIAMI, a nonprofit youth soccer organization, is seeking a driven and strategic Grants, Fundraising &amp; Revenue Coordinator to lead all revenue-generating initiatives for the club. This key role supports the sustainability and growth of our programs&mdash;including our Girls&rsquo; Initiative&mdash;and ensures meaningful community impact through sponsorships, fundraising campaigns, and grant development.Position SummaryThe Grants, Fundraising &amp; Revenue Coordinator will oversee the creation and execution of a comprehensive revenue strategy. Core responsibilities include securing corporate sponsorships, leading fundraising initiatives, and researching, writing, and managing grants. This is a performance-based role with significant growth potential for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement a revenue strategy across grants, sponsorships, and fundraising campaigns.</li><li>Identify, pitch, and secure corporate sponsors, local business partners, and individual donors.</li><li>Research, write, and submit grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and public agencies.</li><li>Manage sponsor and donor relationships, including renewals, acknowledgments, and stewardship.</li><li>Coordinate club-wide, team-based, and program-specific fundraising events.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote fundraising efforts and sponsor recognition.</li><li>Track proposals, contacts, agreements, and revenue within a CRM system.</li><li>Provide regular revenue reports and forecasting to club leadership and the board.</li><li>Support budgeting related to sponsorship, grant, and fundraising revenue.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in fundraising, business development, sponsorship sales, or grant writing (nonprofit or sports experience a plus).</li><li>Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft compelling proposals.</li><li>Strong networking, outreach, and presentation abilities.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.</li><li>Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office tools.</li><li>Passion for youth sports, community impact, and the mission of ALBION SC MIAMI.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.</li></ul>Performance ExpectationsThis position includes clear, measurable quarterly revenue goals tied to performance, reporting, and commission eligibility.Details will be discussed during the interview process.CompensationBase Salary: $25,000 annuallyCommission/Performance Bonus:<ul><li>5&ndash;10% commission on net new revenue above baseline performance goals</li><li>Bonus can be paid quarterly or annually</li></ul>Work Structure:<ul><li>Part-time role with flexible scheduling</li><li>Occasional evenings/weekends for events</li><li>Opportunity for expansion in hours, responsibilities, and base compensation as revenue grows</li></ul>Pay: From $25,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cutler Bay, FL 33157
