 We are seeking a skilled Relocation Branch Manager to join a leading relocation and mobility company based in Doha, Qatar. This key leadership role oversees both international and domestic moving operations, with a focus on delivering seamless relocation experiences, including immigration services, across corporate and private sectors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead branch operations for international and domestic household goods (HHG) and office &amp; industrial (O&amp;I) moves
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee end-to-end relocation services, including immigration and destination services coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and develop team members across operations, sales, and customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local and international customs and immigration regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor KPIs to ensure performance, profitability, and service excellence
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relationships, subcontractors, and third-party service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle client escalations and complex move cases professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with global mobility teams to streamline client experiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share in Qatar and GCC
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain high standards for health, safety, and quality assurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full documentation, invoicing, and system updates are completed accurately and on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and mentor staff on international move procedures, immigration requirements, and customer handling
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in the moving/relocation industry (HHG and/or O&amp;I)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing international and domestic moves
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of immigration procedures in Qatar or GCC
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership experience with operational and team management responsibilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of FIDI and other industry certifications (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, client service, and problem-solving skills
 </li>

This role will focus on implementing Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony solutions across retail and F&amp;B operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leading the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP for Retail and F&amp;B operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with implementation partners to ensure ERP solutions align with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing expert guidance on Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting business teams with process design and improvement across inventory, supply chain, warehouse, sales, eCommerce and POS systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Oracle Retail Cloud and MICROS Simphony.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validating solutions delivered by partners to ensure alignment with business expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitating integration of Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and other enterprise systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying gaps in standard ERP functionalities and proposing workarounds or required customisations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting workshops and training for business users on ERP features and functionality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing quality assurance measures across the ERP implementation lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining detailed documentation including functional specs and configuration guides.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing vendor and partner relationships to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading troubleshooting efforts to resolve Retail Cloud and Simphony-related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting change management within the ERP transformation project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Helping establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Oracle ERP in Retail and F&amp;B, defining best practices and governance strategies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with 10&ndash;12 years of overall ERP experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; hands-on expertise in Oracle Retail Cloud and MICROS Simphony.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable experience as a Functional Architect for Oracle Retail Cloud.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in leading large-scale ERP implementations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Retail and Food &amp; Beverages business processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with business processes in maintenance operations.
 </li>
 </ul>
