 We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing moving &amp; storage company in Dubai. This role focuses on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities for local household, commercial &amp; storage relocation services. It is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the moving, relocation or logistics sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle inbound sales inquiries for local household goods and office relocation &amp; storage services
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively follow up on leads generated via phone, email, and website inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate quotations for local moving and storage services
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their moving needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling of moves
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote additional moving services such as packing, storage, and specialty moving solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide professional advice on relocation planning and moving timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare sales reports and track pipeline activity
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in moving, relocation, logistics, or storage services sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong inside sales or customer service experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and sales management
 </li>
 <li>
 Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
 </li>
