Inside Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing moving & storage company in Dubai. This role focuses on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities for local household, commercial & storage relocation services. It is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the moving, relocation or logistics sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries for local household goods and office relocation & storage services
• Proactively follow up on leads generated via phone, email, and website inquiries
• Provide accurate quotations for local moving and storage services
• Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their moving needs
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling of moves
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Promote additional moving services such as packing, storage, and specialty moving solutions
• Provide professional advice on relocation planning and moving timelines
• Prepare sales reports and track pipeline activity
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in moving, relocation, logistics, or storage services sales
• Strong inside sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
• Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and sales management
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
