Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our design team. You will work alongside two seasoned lighting designers, assisting walk-in clients with lighting selections, providing personalized recommendations, and offering design insights. In addition, you will have the chance to learn from industry experts, focusing on the integration of lighting as a key element in overall design. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our showroom team, with the opportunity to grow and develop into an interior design-focused career.No previous experience in the lighting industry is required. Design background is preferred. In-house training will be provided in all aspects of our company and an opportunity for advancement into design position, while learning new skills. A positive attitude, an eye for design and a willingness to learn are essential. Applicants should be creative, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.As a team member at Alcott &amp; Bentley, you will learn the art of lighting design.Responsibilities<ul><li>Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with walk-in clients, helping them select lighting products that align with their style and functional needs.</li><li>Product Expertise: Provide expert guidance on our product range, helping customers understand the features and benefits of different lighting options.
