Overview We are hiring an Apprentice HVAC Technician to assist licensed technicians in the installation, repair and maintenance of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates that are inquisitive, dependable and motivated; apprentices will establish practical skills through hands-on mentoring and access to industry-leading digital training resources. This position provides opportunities for advancement into senior technical and leadership roles as apprentices develop their skills and demonstrate proficient expertise.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the installation and repair of HVAC equipment in accordance with company requirements, manufacturer specifications and state and federal regulations.</li><li>Establish fundamental HVAC skills to support system diagnostics and service.</li><li>Contribute to field service operations by performing routine maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC equipment.</li><li>Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.</li><li>Remain respectful and professional when interacting with clients</li><li>Develop skills and abilities in compliance with safety standards and procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Possess a valid Driver License and a reliable mode of transportation.</li><li>Consent to a background screening in compliance with Tex. Civ. Prac. &amp; Rem. Code Ann. &sect; 145.002</li></ul>This apprenticeship is intended to equip aspiring HVAC technicians with the foundational skills needed for a successful career in the HVAC industry.
