Apprentice HVAC Technician

Overview
We are hiring an Apprentice HVAC Technician to assist licensed technicians in the installation, repair and maintenance of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates that are inquisitive, dependable and motivated; apprentices will establish practical skills through hands-on mentoring and access to industry-leading digital training resources. This position provides opportunities for advancement into senior technical and leadership roles as apprentices develop their skills and demonstrate proficient expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and repair of HVAC equipment in accordance with company requirements, manufacturer specifications and state and federal regulations.
• Establish fundamental HVAC skills to support system diagnostics and service.
• Contribute to field service operations by performing routine maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Remain respectful and professional when interacting with clients
• Develop skills and abilities in compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Driver License and a reliable mode of transportation.
• Consent to a background screening in compliance with Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 145.002
