 Alef is seeking a creative and visionary Senior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in graphic and video animation production to lead and elevate our visual communications. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing compelling visual content across digital, print, and motion platforms. You will lead the creative direction for campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and inspire the design team to deliver innovative solutions using the latest AI tools for efficient and fast delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull;	Lead and manage the creative vision for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.
 
 
 &bull;	Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, videos, and animations for digital and print platforms.
 
 
 &bull;	Translate marketing strategies into impactful visual storytelling across websites, social media, branding materials, and promotional content.
 
 
 &bull;	Collaborate with the marketing, content, and production teams to develop innovative campaign concepts.
 
 
 &bull;	Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
 
 
 &bull;	Oversee production of video content, motion graphics, and animated assets using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
 
 
 &bull;	Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
 
 
 
 &bull;
 
 Stay updated with design, animation, and industry trends to push creative boundaries continually.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills:
 
 
 
 &bull;	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
 
 
 &bull;	7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or art direction role.
 
 
 &bull;	Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, campaign work, and motion graphics/video projects.
 
 
 &bull;	Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
 
 
 &bull;	Experience with AI design tools such as MidJourney, DALL&middot;E, or similar platforms.
 
 
 &bull;	Expertise in creating GIFs, animations, and video content for social and digital media.
 
 
 &bull;	Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 &bull;	Detail-oriented with strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and conceptualization abilities.
