Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills within a vibrant, supportive setting that emphasizes innovation, professionalism, and guest care.Duties<ul><li>Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and care.</li><li>Provide advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures to meet individual client needs.</li><li>Assist clients with skincare consultations, product recommendations, and personalized treatment plans to promote healthy skin.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling using salon software platforms like Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Engage in retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare products to enhance client results.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and grow the salon&rsquo;s online presence.</li><li>Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and managing guest services efficiently.</li><li>Conduct professional makeup applications for special events or photo shoots while showcasing color theory knowledge.</li><li>Offer hair styling services including hair extensions, hair threading, straight razor shaves, and barbering techniques when needed.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends such as tattooing, nail care, esthetic laser treatments, and deep tissue massage techniques to provide innovative services.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license with current certification to perform licensed skincare treatments.</li><li>Proven experience in med spa environments or high-end salons preferred; familiarity with Millennium or MINDBODY software is advantageous.</li><li>Strong management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach that fosters guest loyalty and satisfaction.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards related to body waxing, dermabrasion, laser treatments, and other esthetic procedures.</li><li>Ability to perform advanced treatments such as Botox injections or dermal fillers is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is desirable.</li><li>Passion for beauty trends including makeup application, nail care, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and body treatments.</li><li>Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on upselling products and services while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
