Job Summary

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Provide advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures to meet individual client needs.
• Assist clients with skincare consultations, product recommendations, and personalized treatment plans to promote healthy skin.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software platforms like Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage in retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare products to enhance client results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and grow the salon’s online presence.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and managing guest services efficiently.
• Conduct professional makeup applications for special events or photo shoots while showcasing color theory knowledge.
• Offer hair styling services including hair extensions, hair threading, straight razor shaves, and barbering techniques when needed.
• Stay current on industry trends such as tattooing, nail care, esthetic laser treatments, and deep tissue massage techniques to provide innovative services.

Requirements

• Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license with current certification to perform licensed skincare treatments.
• Proven experience in med spa environments or high-end salons preferred; familiarity with Millennium or MINDBODY software is advantageous.
• Strong management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach that fosters guest loyalty and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards related to body waxing, dermabrasion, laser treatments, and other esthetic procedures.
• Ability to perform advanced treatments such as Botox injections or dermal fillers is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is desirable.
• Passion for beauty trends including makeup application, nail care, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and body treatments.
• Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on upselling products and services while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Pay: $5,227.32 - $6,295.27 per month
