Job Title: Licensed Esthetician

Reports to: Spa Manager/Spa Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a variety of professional skin care services, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments. High sales environment.

Skincare Treatments: Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body wraps, body scrubs, and other skin care treatments.

Product Recommendations: Educate clients on skincare products and recommend products for home use.

Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations.

Record Keeping: Document treatments and client progress in their records.

Sales and Promotion: Promote spa services and products to clients.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest skin care techniques and trends through continuous education and training.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a relaxing and positive experience for all clients.

Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to assisting with staff training and supporting day-to-day clinic operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Must be a licensed esthetician in Illinois.

Experience: Previous experience in a spa or salon setting preferred.

Skills: Strong knowledge of skin care treatments and products. Strong sales skills to sell memberships, packages, services, and products.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Professionalism: Demonstrated professional demeanor and appearance.
