We are seeking a full-time E-Commerce &amp; Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable revenue growth through conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey execution.Role OverviewThe E-Commerce &amp; Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue, conversion rate optimization (CRO), retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV) across Aletha Health&rsquo;s DTC funnel.This role is performance-focused, hands-on, and highly autonomous. It is not a paid media buying role, brand marketing role, product marketing role, or generalist role. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor who can lead initiatives end-to-end without significant day-to-day oversight.This position is full-time and onsite, five days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce &amp; Conversion Optimization<ul><li>Execute and optimize e-commerce merchandising, promotions, and offers on a headless frontend with Shopify backend.</li><li>Improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), repeat purchase rate, and retention.</li><li>Develop and prioritize CRO initiatives and testing hypotheses based on customer behavior and analytics.</li><li>Partner with marketing technology and engineering teams to implement experiments and site enhancements.</li><li>Ensure all site optimizations align with brand standards and customer trust requirements.</li></ul>Lifecycle Marketing<ul><li>Lead strategy and hands-on execution of lifecycle marketing programs using Klaviyo.</li><li>Build and optimize email and SMS flows including welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, and win-back.</li><li>Optimize segmentation, messaging, cadence, and personalization to increase customer lifetime value.</li><li>Align lifecycle marketing with on-site promotions and customer journey strategy.</li></ul>Customer Journey &amp; Performance Content<ul><li>Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across website and lifecycle touchpoints.</li><li>Use content and messaging as performance levers to reduce friction, address objections, and improve conversion.</li><li>Partner with design and content resources to deploy conversion-focused creative and messaging.</li><li>Ensure content supports performance goals while maintaining brand consistency.</li></ul>Analytics, SEO &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Use GA4 and Shopify analytics to monitor funnel performance and identify drop-offs.</li><li>Translate performance data into actionable insights and prioritized optimization plans.</li><li>Partner with internal and external resources to support SEO best practices that improve organic performance.</li><li>Stay current on emerging tools and techniques related to AI, experimentation, personalization, analytics, and search.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with marketing technology partners to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.</li><li>Work with internal web development and technology teams on frontend enhancements (without owning engineering).</li><li>Coordinate with paid media agencies or partners to ensure alignment with funnel performance and lifecycle objectives (without managing campaigns).</li><li>Partner with designers and agencies to execute performance-driven creative.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7+ years of hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce performance marketing.</li><li>Proven experience driving revenue through conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lifecycle marketing.</li><li>Experience working with Shopify (backend) and headless e-commerce environments preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in GA4, Shopify analytics, and Klaviyo.</li><li>Experience with customer journey mapping and lifecycle optimization.</li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to lead initiatives independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills across marketing, design, and technology teams.</li><li>Interest in or experience with SEO and AI-driven marketing optimization.</li><li>Willingness to work onsite, full-time, five days per week.</li></ul>Role Characteristics<ul><li>Individual contributor but ready to lead (no direct reports but likely agency or contractor oversight)</li><li>High autonomy and ownership</li><li>Low-ego, hands-on execution mindset</li><li>Performance- and results-oriented</li><li>Brand-conscious and customer-centric</li></ul>Why Aletha Health<ul><li>Mission-driven health and wellness company</li><li>Direct impact on revenue and growth</li><li>Collaborative, lean team environment</li><li>Opportunity to work on a sophisticated DTC e-commerce platform</li><li>Emphasis on accountability, ownership, and long-term value creation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
