About Us:Zand Medical Partners, a well-established internal medicine private practice located in Orange, CA, is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our practice serves a diverse patient population with a focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness. We are seeking experienced and compassionate Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient evaluations including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.</li><li>Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of chronic and acute medical conditions.</li><li>Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.</li><li>Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.</li><li>Accurately document all patient encounters using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor office procedures as needed.</li><li>Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Current and unrestricted California license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).</li><li>Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a busy outpatient environment.</li><li>National certification (NCCPA for PAs, AANP/ANCC for NPs).</li><li>Experience in an internal medicine or primary care setting preferred.</li><li>EMR proficiency preferred; experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience.</li><li>Flexible part-time scheduling with the potential to increase hours.</li><li>Supportive and collegial team culture.</li><li>A modern clinical setting with up-to-date resources and technology.</li><li>Meaningful opportunities to build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to long-term care outcomes.</li></ul>Zand Medical Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
