Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

About Us:

Zand Medical Partners, a well-established internal medicine private practice located in Orange, CA, is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our practice serves a diverse patient population with a focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness. We are seeking experienced and compassionate Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of chronic and acute medical conditions.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Accurately document all patient encounters using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor office procedures as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted California license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a busy outpatient environment.
• National certification (NCCPA for PAs, AANP/ANCC for NPs).
• Experience in an internal medicine or primary care setting preferred.
• EMR proficiency preferred; experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus.
