Job Title: Behavior Therapist (English Department) non arab kidsWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our center in Ajman, working with English-speaking children with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will support children&rsquo;s behavioral, social, and emotional development through structured and individualized intervention plans.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Special Education or Psychology (mandatory)</li><li>UAE degree equivalency (mandatory)</li><li>Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)</li><li>Experience working with children with special needs is needed</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English</li><li>Strong behavior management and communication skills</li><li>Patient, professional, and compassionate</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assess children&rsquo;s behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention plans</li><li>Implement behavior modification strategies (e.g., reinforcement, prompting, shaping, extinction)</li><li>Support children with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, and learning difficulties</li><li>Track progress and maintain accurate session notes and reports</li><li>Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and the multidisciplinary team</li><li>Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive environment</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and strategies</li><li>Follow center policies and child safeguarding procedures</li></ul>Working Environment:<ul><li>Center based in Ajman</li><li>English-speaking children</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
