Special Education Specialist (Female) – Full-Time

Location: Alghad Center
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct educational and behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide individual and group educational intervention sessions.
• Monitor student progress and prepare regular reports.
• Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and learning difficulties.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and other professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Special Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special educational needs.
• Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, and learning disabilities is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Must hold a UAE Qualification Recognition / Equivalency Certificate.
• Must have a valid UAE Employment Visa.
• All academic certificates must be properly attested and recognized by the relevant UAE authorities.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• إجراء التقييمات التعليمية والسلوكية للأطفال.
• إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط التربوية الفردية (IEPs).
• تقديم جلسات تعليمية وتأهيلية فردية وجماعية.
• متابعة وتوثيق تقدم الأطفال وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
• التعاون مع أولياء الأمور وتقديم الإرشادات اللازمة لدعم الطفل.
• العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات يضم الأخصائيين والمعلمين والمعالجين.
• المساهمة في تطوير البرامج التعليمية والتأهيلية بالمركز
• المؤهلات المطلوبة
• بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في التربية الخاصة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
• إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• خبرة في التعامل مع الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وفرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه، والتأخر النمائي، وصعوبات التعلم.

الشروط الإلزامية

• أخصائية فقط.
• حاصلة على معادلة/اعتراف بالمؤهل العلمي من وزارة التعليم في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
• تمتلك اقامة عمل سارية المفعول في دولة الإمارات.
