 &bull; Prepare procurement plan for receiving and tracking of assigned categories to optimize quality, cost, and timely delivery criteria.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible to keep contractual and delivery dates updated and accurate for released POs.
 
 
 &bull; Analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of material and equipment.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and issue requests for quotations to qualified vendors as per approved vendor list.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible to negotiate with suppliers within expected time frame
 
 
 &bull; Interview prospective suppliers either face-to-face or over the phone to determine scope, prices, discounts, terms to ensure that target prices, company&rsquo;s terms and conditions are met.
 
 
 &bull; Preliminary review the received technical and commercial offers, prepare comparative analysis and coordinate with technical departments that all clarifications are cleared.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare the comparison evaluation and approval forms and getting the required signatures.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare purchase orders on ERP complying with received PRs and in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical approval.
 
 
 &bull; Provide updates about procurement related progress and potential delays on a weekly basis.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct site visits with suppliers, if required, to evaluate their abilities and performance metrics and negotiate agreements
 
 
 &bull; Follow and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.

 -Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
 
 
 -Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
 
 
 -Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
 
 
 -Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities.
 
 
 -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
 
 
 -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
 
 
 -Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
 
 
 -Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals.
 
 
 -Technical Team Supervision
 
 
 -Preventive and corrective maintenance fleet management.
 
 
 -Spare parts and inventory management.
 
 
 -Technical Reporting.
 
 
 -Workshops supervision.
