RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide L1 support and remote assistance to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and allocate Adobe Professional and Adobe Sign licenses across the organization.
• Create and track IT-related Purchase Requisitions (PR) in Oracle ERP for both internal teams and end users.
• Administer the Time attendance system for employees and site workers across all locations.
• Grant mobile access for site-based employees based on HR and project team requests.
• Handle software license renewals for tools such as Zoho Service Desk, Desktop Central, Adobe, O365, SSL Certificates, etc.
• Set up and configure laptops for new hires and coordinate onboarding IT requirements.
• Communicate with vendors to gather quotes for IT hardware and software procurements.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to facilitate timely release of purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain IT-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform daily backups of attendance databases from local servers.
• Manage the Desktop Central remote management console.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of IT systems and user data.
• Recommend improvements to IT processes and tools to enhance scalability, reliability, and security.
• Conduct IT orientation sessions and technical training for new hires and existing employees.
• Serve as first-level support for IT service requests and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or specialized IT teams as needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, system administration, network troubleshooting, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Zoho Service Desk, Desktop Central, and Oracle ERP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing time effectively in a dynamic support environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
