Sales Executive – Dry Container Sales NVOCC/Forwarding

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development<ul><li>Generate new sales leads for FCL and SOC operations in assigned regions (e.g., Middle East, India, China, Turkey, Africa and many more).</li><li>Develop and expand customer base among freight forwarders, traders, consolidators, and logistics companies.</li><li>Promote company&rsquo;s NVOCC services, including import/export, cross-trade, and slot exchanges.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly volume/revenue targets.</li></ul>2. Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain strong and lasting relationships with key clients and agents.</li><li>Coordinate with overseas agents and principals for rate negotiations and space confirmations.</li><li>Handle customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction.</li></ul>3. Pricing &amp; Negotiation<ul><li>Negotiate freight rates, surcharges, and slot allocation with customers.</li><li>Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to finalize quotations and bookings.</li><li>Analyze competitor rates and provide market intelligence to management.</li></ul>4. Market Research &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition and identify new trade opportunities.</li><li>Provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.</li><li>Collaborate with trade managers to develop new services and optimize routes.</li></ul>Requirements Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in NVOCC / Shipping Line / Freight Forwarding sales.</li><li>Strong understanding of containerized shipping operations and trade routes.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Strong customer relationship management and presentation ability.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>nvocc experience</li></ul>

Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Liaise between the Director and company departments, clients, and external partners.</li><li>Follow up on pending actions, deadlines, and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination for all executive-level interactions and business activities.</li></ul>3. Travel &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Arrange and coordinate business travel, visa processing, hotel bookings, and transportation.</li><li>Prepare detailed itineraries, including meeting schedules and local contact information.</li><li>Manage expense claims and travel reports.</li></ul>4. Office &amp; Documentation Management<ul><li>Maintain and organize important files, contracts, and confidential records.</li><li>Draft and review official documents, letters, and internal memos.</li><li>Support in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations as needed.</li></ul>5. Event &amp; Meeting Coordination<ul><li>Organize internal/external meetings, business events, and conferences.</li><li>Prepare agendas, materials, and ensure proper follow-up of meeting outcomes.</li></ul>6.
