Senior Accountant

Accounts Payable

• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Process supplier payments as per approved terms.
• Maintain payable schedules and due-date tracking.
• Reconcile vendor statements.

Banking & Cash Management

• Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and daily bank balances.
• Coordinate with banks regarding transfers, LC documents, and other banking matters.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure proper filing of accounting records.
• Assist in VAT-related documentation and reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready records and supporting documents.
• Support internal and external audits.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly:
• Profit & Loss Statement
• Accounts Receivable Aging
• Accounts Payable Aging
• Cash Flow Summary
• Bank Reconciliation Reports

Shipping & Logistics Accounting (Preferred)

• Verify freight, depot, trucking, and shipping-related invoices.
• Monitor container and ISO tank-related costs.
• Track customer profitability and shipment costing.
• Reconcile supplier and agent accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in UAE accounting practices preferred.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/Accounting Software preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Accountability: 3 years (Preferred)
• Shipping and receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
