Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Reports To: Supervisor

Job Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

The purpose of your job is to do accounting work for clients of Affiniax Consultancy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recording entries in accounting system
• Attend meeting with Team Leader to discuss the accounts with the client
• Prepare Management Information System Report
• Report on timely basis to Team Leader on the status of work done including time sheets, billing and collection
• Develop learning skills to new accounting software applications and be updated to knowledge and application of Accounting Standards
• The role will require hands-on experience at execution and working at multiple assignments on same time.

Job Requirements:

• CA / ACCA/ CPA would be preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role.
• Working in a CA firm and handling multiple clients would be a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting platforms like Zoho, Sage, Quickbooks, Tally etc.
• Analytical skill sets – ratios and variance analysis
