Compensation:
$22 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include ensuring designs meet company standards, accurately reflecting blueprints, and communicating with production teams, customers, and sales staff to guarantee project accuracy. The role requires a strong understanding of construction, basic math, geometry, trigonometry, and the ability to read architectural and structural plans.
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Construction knowledge: A strong understanding of basic construction principles.</li><li>
Technical skills: Proficiency in reading architectural and structural plans.</li><li>
Math and geometry: Competency in basic mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry.</li><li>
Software: Experience with Alpine truss software is a plus.</li><li>
Problem-solving: Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve design problems.</li><li>
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Computer literacy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).</li></ul>
