 Key Responsibilities

 Client Consultation:
 
 Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their specific visa needs, travel intentions, and eligibility for different visa categories (tourist).

 Documentation Management:
 
 Advise clients on required documentation, meticulously review all submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness, and assist in filling out complex application forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Regulatory Compliance:
 
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving visa regulations, entry requirements, and processing times for various countries and adapt workflows accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Liaison &amp; Submission:
 
 Act as the primary liaison between clients, embassies, consulates, and relevant visa processing centers to submit applications and track their progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Problem Resolution:
 
 Proactively identify potential issues or missing documentation and resolve complex application problems, including addressing refusal queries and re-submissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Record Keeping:
 
 Maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate electronic records of all applications, communications, deadlines, and outcomes within the agency&rsquo;s CRM system.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Customer Service:
 
 Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the processing timeline and managing expectations regarding processing times and outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Process Improvement:
 
 Recommend improvements to internal visa processing procedures to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
 </li>

 Qualifications and Skills

 Experience:
 
 Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) in visa processing, travel administration, or a related role within a travel agency, consulate, or immigration consultancy.

 <li>
 
 Knowledge:
 
 Strong understanding of international visa rules, immigration laws, and embassy procedures for major travel destinations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Attention to Detail:
 
 Extremely high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential due to the strict requirements of application documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Communication:
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex legalistic requirements clearly and patiently to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Organization:
 
 Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client applications simultaneously under tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software or travel booking systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Language Skills:
 
 Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, assisting them with booking, issuing, and managing their travel tickets and arrangements.  Key Responsibilities

 Process and issue tickets for domestic and international flights, trains, and other transportation services using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist customers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refund requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to complex fare rules and airline policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide detailed information to clients regarding travel itineraries, flight schedules, baggage allowances, and visa/passport requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote and cross-sell ancillary products such as travel insurance, holiday packages, car rentals, and hotel accommodations to maximize sales and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional, calm, and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM and booking systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on all new products, promotions, and system updates introduced by the company and travel suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process payments securely using cash, credit card terminals, and other accepted methods.
 </li>

 Qualifications and Skills

 High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Travel &amp; Tourism (e.g., IATA certification) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using a major GDS (Global Distribution System) is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
 </li>

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and itineraries accurately.
 </li>

 Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
