Job Purpose:To provide technical support/repair for computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment, ensuring smooth operation, timely troubleshooting, and maintenance of all IT hardware assets within the organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, Repair and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.</li><li>Diagnose and repair hardware issues including motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on all IT hardware equipment.</li><li>Assist in network setup of LAN and ensure all systems are properly connected and operational.</li><li>Support software installation, updates, and troubleshooting when related to hardware compatibility.</li><li>Document all service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure timely response to technical support calls and minimize downtime.</li><li>Assist the IT team in new system setups, lab installations, and equipment relocations.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of Repairing computer hardware components and architecture.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows and basic networking.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in hardware maintenance or technical support.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
