We are looking for a results-driven Software Sales Executive to expand our presence in the local market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities in the local market</li><li>Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations</li><li>Sell software solutions including POS systems, custom applications, and SaaS products</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed</li><li>Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and reporting</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in software or IT sales (local market preferred)</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Basic understanding of software solutions (POS, SaaS, mobile/web apps)</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience selling POS or ERP systems</li><li>Existing network in retail, education, or corporate sectors</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission structure</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
