Software Sales Executive (Local Market)

We are a growing software development and IT solutions company delivering innovative products including POS systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications. We are looking for a results-driven Software Sales Executive to expand our presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the local market
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations
  • Sell software solutions including POS systems, custom applications, and SaaS products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and reporting

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in software or IT sales (local market preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Basic understanding of software solutions (POS, SaaS, mobile/web apps)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling POS or ERP systems
  • Existing network in retail, education, or corporate sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
