We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter for our Calicut branch who is proficient in English and Hindi, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept in Microsoft Office and Canva.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, screen, and select candidates to fulfill recruitment requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Assist in creating job advertisements and marketing materials using Canva.</li><li>Support daily office operations, including record-keeping, documentation, and scheduling.</li><li>Manage candidate databases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Handle inquiries, provide updates to clients, and ensure smooth communication.</li><li>Contribute to the overall efficiency of the recruitment consultancy by performing administrative and operational tasks as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Freshers can also apply; prior experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Familiarity with Canva for creating visual materials is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Prior experience in overseas recruitment is an added advantage.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
