We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter for our Calicut branch who is proficient in English and Hindi, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept in Microsoft Office and Canva.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and select candidates to fulfill recruitment requirements.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in creating job advertisements and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Support daily office operations, including record-keeping, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle inquiries, provide updates to clients, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the recruitment consultancy by performing administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Freshers can also apply; prior experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating visual materials is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in overseas recruitment is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
